This boat-hotel was a highlight of our visit to Stockholm. I travelled with my 13 year son and stayed there for 4 days (on ship No.3). Pleasant man at the reception gave us bigger room than we have ordered, though I red reviews and details on the booking site and was prepared for small room, shared toilet, bunk bed etc, which is what you get when you stay on a ship (did that severak times before and I am absolutely ok with this). The room was superb, the panorama to Stockholm's old town was just STRIKING, especially in the night, then there are plenty of lights and reflections in the water. Each morning we were waken by the bright spring sunshine in the room, very good mood! Bathroom was even bigger than our room, very clean and comfortable and... with fahtastic window view as well, heh! We have got double bed instead of bulk bed and it was ok. Everything was clean and manatined well. Smell was nice. Kitchen was nice. Security doors were simple to use. We did not experienced any problems bacause of noise or doors slamming (that was often mentioned by other reviewers). Breakfast was massive and very good, also have tried Thai meals. There is a nice path on the rock above the ship with city panorama that is probably morst spectacular in Stockholm! Rygfjord experience made out visit better than I could expect - thanks a lot! Definitely will go there next time.

The location is fantastic, with beautiful views towards the city if you have a cabin facing the water. We were upgraded to a nicer room than the one we booked, that was really nice. We had the breakfast one morning and that was good, we decided to sleep in the other mornings and find breakfast in the Södermalm neighborhood so we could explore at the same time. We loved Södermalm! So many interesting shops, galleries and places to eat, small parks, steps going up to hidden places! And Fotografiska is my favorite museum in Stockholm, so definitely worth walking over. We were very conveniently located near Gamla Stan, so walking over there to explore or jump on the metro was easy.

- Super clean sheets and towels - The crew was very nice and helpful :) - Excellent location - It was quite an adventure itself to sleep on a boat - big kitchen available for guests - very good shower water pressure - this seems to be a problem in so many accomodations; I have pretty long and thick hair, and rinsing the shampoo out of it with low water pressure is a nightmare, so, a big plus here! - easy room access - hairdryer available at the reception desk - fantastic option for budget travellers - we didn't use these facilities, but you can order breakfast or have a dinner in the restaurant on the main boat, which is a plus of course

I really enjoyed my first experience staying on a boat—it was a unique and cozy atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the person who checked me in. Although I didn’t catch her name, she truly exemplified effective communication and made me feel at ease right away. The room, while small, was charming and comfortable, giving it a cozy, homely vibe. The location on the water added a special touch to my stay, offering beautiful views of Stockholm right outside the window. Highly recommended for those seeking a different experience in Stockholm!

Loved the venue and upgraded our cabin to the Captains Cabin as we wanted a more nautical feeling to our stay. This didn't dispoint and is a definitely a must if that's the sort of vibe your looking for. Make your book one of the actual cabin on board her rather the more hostel style barges that are part of the same venue. The gentle rocking of her when the wind got up just added to it. Will be stopping on board again
