This boat-hotel was a highlight of our visit to Stockholm. I travelled with my 13 year son and stayed there for 4 days (on ship No.3). Pleasant man at the reception gave us bigger room than we have ordered, though I red reviews and details on the booking site and was prepared for small room, shared toilet, bunk bed etc, which is what you get when you stay on a ship (did that severak times before and I am absolutely ok with this). The room was superb, the panorama to Stockholm's old town was just STRIKING, especially in the night, then there are plenty of lights and reflections in the water. Each morning we were waken by the bright spring sunshine in the room, very good mood! Bathroom was even bigger than our room, very clean and comfortable and... with fahtastic window view as well, heh! We have got double bed instead of bulk bed and it was ok. Everything was clean and manatined well. Smell was nice. Kitchen was nice. Security doors were simple to use. We did not experienced any problems bacause of noise or doors slamming (that was often mentioned by other reviewers). Breakfast was massive and very good, also have tried Thai meals. There is a nice path on the rock above the ship with city panorama that is probably morst spectacular in Stockholm! Rygfjord experience made out visit better than I could expect - thanks a lot! Definitely will go there next time.

Perfect Place for a City Break in Stockholm Excellent location – everything is within walking distance, including the main attractions. You can also reach Cityterminalen on foot in less than half an hour. The metro station is also nearby. Very clean and warm rooms (despite the freezing temperatures outside). Spacious bathrooms with very hot water and good water pressure in the shower. There’s even disinfectant available (a huge plus for a shared bathroom!). A fully equipped kitchen is accessible. 24-hour reception with hassle-free check-in and check-out. Safe environment – different sections are separated by locked doors, so only a limited number of people have access to your corridor. We stayed on Rygerfjord 3. Great value for money. And our view from the window was simply breathtaking!

- Super clean sheets and towels - The crew was very nice and helpful :) - Excellent location - It was quite an adventure itself to sleep on a boat - big kitchen available for guests - very good shower water pressure - this seems to be a problem in so many accomodations; I have pretty long and thick hair, and rinsing the shampoo out of it with low water pressure is a nightmare, so, a big plus here! - easy room access - hairdryer available at the reception desk - fantastic option for budget travellers - we didn't use these facilities, but you can order breakfast or have a dinner in the restaurant on the main boat, which is a plus of course

I really enjoyed my first experience staying on a boat—it was a unique and cozy atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the person who checked me in. Although I didn’t catch her name, she truly exemplified effective communication and made me feel at ease right away. The room, while small, was charming and comfortable, giving it a cozy, homely vibe. The location on the water added a special touch to my stay, offering beautiful views of Stockholm right outside the window. Highly recommended for those seeking a different experience in Stockholm!

The location is within walking distance of major attractions and the view across the water is beautiful. You can comfortably watch the sunset on the dock. The room was bigger than expected: a bunk bed, table with chair, and wardrobe were more than enough for a 2-person 2-night stay. The shared bathrooms and showers were surprisingly pristine. The entire place is very well looked-after and extremely clean.
